Doing an HTMA and meeting with Elizabeth after has been such a helpful experience. The initial meeting to go over my results was very validating because everything she said lined up exactly with my experience. She helped me by creating a protocol that has helped me feel so much more empowered in my relationship with food and has greatly improved my symptoms!

I worked with Elizabeth and did an HTMA - being a science teacher I was excited to see what her system could do for me what others couldn’t. It brought me so much peace of mind - the results showed i was depleted in several areas of nutrition - showing that I wasn’t getting the proper amounts of key minerals. Talking through the HTMA, I found that I could validate what I had suspected from yo-yo dieting for years - that I had messed up my internal workings. Working with Elizabeth through my results and her process, I created a new foundation for my relationship with food and we created a balanced plan that has been easy to follow. Just a quick check in. I've been having more energy over the last couple of weeks. I've changed my routine up, waking up early for yoga and bible study, and me time before work. I've been getting to bed about an hour and a half earlier than previously. I've cut out using my phone and watching most TV 30-45 minutes before bed (I've been finishing books like crazy!). Also, doing the magnesium on my feet, mouth tape and a weighted sleep mask and am moving towards better sleep, for sure improved. I also took my very first yoga class yesterday morning and already signed up for a second! It was so lovely to be with people. I've been consistently getting morning light on bare eyes and doing a lymph massage during that outside time. Supplements still going strong, vitamin k2, spore probiotic and the butyric acid. Adding in all the foods I can to help support everything and consistently doing an adrenal cocktail morning and evening. Definitely feeling less fatigued overall and generally more hopeful and joyful. 🥰
