You know how to take care of yourself. So why does it still feel so hard?
You know you should eat nourishing meals. Move your body. Get enough sleep. Manage your stress. Drink your water. Take your supplements. Have a morning routine. Spend less time on your phone. Slow down.
You probably don’t need another person telling you what you should be doing.
And you definitely don’t need another wellness routine to perform perfectly.
What you might need is the space to figure out what feeling well actually looks like for YOU.
That’s what Held & Nourished is all about.
A different way to think about health
As a registered dietitian, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of women over the years.
And something I’ve noticed again and again is that the women who create the most meaningful, sustainable change aren’t necessarily the ones following the “perfect” nutrition plan, hitting every workout, or checking every wellness box.
They’re the women willing to do the deeper work.
They start asking different questions.
What do I actually need in this season of my life?
What makes me feel nourished?
What am I doing because it genuinely supports me — and what am I doing because I think I should?
How do I want to feel in my body, my work, my relationships, and my everyday life?
What would taking care of myself look like if I stopped trying to do it perfectly?
Because health isn’t supposed to become another thing you have to succeed at.
Your health should give you more capacity for the life you actually want to live.
introducing held & nourished
Held & Nourished is a 6-week live virtual group experience for high-achieving women who want to create their own definition of a nourished life.
Not my definition.
Not Instagram’s.
Not the wellness industry’s.
Yours.
Over six weeks, we’ll slow things down enough to look at how you’re currently nourishing yourself — physically, mentally, emotionally, and practically — and begin creating rhythms that actually support the woman you are and the life you’re building.
This isn’t a nutrition challenge.
It isn’t a weight-loss program.
And there’s no perfect morning routine waiting for you at the end.
It’s a guided space to get curious, experiment, reflect, and discover what helps you feel more like yourself.
Held & Nourished might be for you if...
♡ You’re high-achieving, capable, and accustomed to having a lot on your plate.
♡ You know a LOT about health and wellness but still struggle to consistently take care of yourself.
♡ You tend to swing between “doing all the things” and doing almost none of them.
♡ You’re tired of feeling guilty about everything you think you should be doing.
♡ You want routines and rhythms that support your actual life instead of requiring your life to revolve around them.
♡ You want more energy and capacity for your relationships, work, creativity, hobbies, adventures, and everyday moments.
♡ You’re craving a gentler, more sustainable relationship with your health.
♡ You’re ready to stop asking, “What should I be doing?” and start asking, “What actually works for me?”
What we'll explore together
Each week, we’ll gather live for conversation, reflection, practical application, and guided exploration around what it means to build a truly nourished life.
Moving beyond food rules and looking at what actually helps you feel physically and emotionally nourished.
Creating flexible anchors that make taking care of yourself easier without turning your life into one giant checklist.
Understanding how stress, overwhelm, stimulation, and your environment affect your capacity to care for yourself.
Exploring your relationship with slowing down — especially when you’re someone who is very good at doing.
Looking beyond simply “getting through the day” and creating enough margin for the people and experiences that make your life meaningful.
Bringing everything together into a definition of health that actually belongs to you — one that can grow and change alongside the seasons of your life.
What you’ll walk away with
My goal isn’t for you to leave Held & Nourished with 37 new habits.
I want you to leave with something much more valuable:
A better understanding of yourself.
You’ll have greater clarity around what helps you feel nourished, what drains your capacity, which rhythms genuinely support you, and what you can let go of.
Because when you stop trying to perfectly follow someone else’s version of wellness, you get to start building one that actually fits.
And that’s where sustainable change happens.
Hi, I’m Elizabeth — a registered dietitian and the founder of Eleve Vitality.
After years of working with hundreds of women, I’ve become much less interested in helping women create “perfect” health routines and much more interested in helping them create lives they actually have the capacity to enjoy.
Nutrition matters. Movement matters. Sleep matters.
But so do your relationships. Your nervous system. Your work. Your environment. Your hobbies. Your joy. Your ability to rest. The season of life you’re currently in.
You are a whole person — and I believe your approach to health should reflect that.
Held & Nourished is the space I created to explore all of it.
